At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number and shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack the Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective packaging, into a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
